Consultations
What can I expect from my consultation?
At Dr. Caroline Warden Aesthetic Clinic we take a holistic approach to aesthetic medicine. This is why we will always start with your skincare first. To understand why skincare is so important in relation to all of our aesthetic treatments, see our article here.
During your consultation Dr. Caroline will discuss your concerns around your skin and what goals you would like to achieve. She will then take a closer look at your skin with a dermatoscope, which allows for a closer, magnified examination. This enables us to get to the root cause of some of your concerns.
It is important to discuss your current skincare routine with you and any sensitivities you may have, so that we can use this information to recommend a personalised treatment plan. Our treatment plans are tailored to specifically target the concerns you would like to treat, but are also paired with medical-grade skincare recommendations, that will benefit your skin type and help you achieve clearer, healthier skin in the longer term.
Which treatments are discussed?
We offer a wide range of aesthetic treatments, all of which are evidence-based, and with an increased focus on regenerative medicine. It is part of our clinic’s ethos that we only provide treatments which have a good safety record, are supported by significant clinical data, and which have a high patient approval rate. This is so that we can achieve the best outcomes for you.
Dr. Caroline will discuss any treatments that we feel may benefit you, based on your personal aesthetic goals, what will give you the most natural-looking and effective results, and what is most suitable and achievable for you, given your unique facial anatomy and any medical contraindications that you may have.
What happens after my consultation?
Our job is to give you as much information as possible so that you can make an informed decision about what is right for you. You are under no obligation to make a decision about any treatments or skincare that we discuss during the consultation process.
At the end of your consultation, we provide you with a recommended skincare and treatment plan that you can take away and carefully consider. If however, you would like to proceed with a treatment on the day, we can proceed as long as it is medically safe for you to do so.
How long do our consultations last?
Consultations are around 45 to 60 minutes long. They can include a treatment on the day if there is enough time and deemed medically appropriate.
Consultations with Dr. Caroline Warden are £50.
This is fully redeemable against the cost of any future completed treatment.
