We stock Obagi, the gold standard in medical-grade skincare transformations. With over 30 years of clinical data behind them, their range of skincare products have something for each and every skin type.
The purchase of prescription items will need to be approved by Dr. Caroline Warden first. Skincare is only available to purchase at our Hale Clinic or through our online boutique.
Tailored Treatments

Indulge in confidence when you use your gift card towards any of our bespoke, doctor-led aesthetic treatments.
Each treatment is tailored to enhance your individual and natural beauty, with subtle, refined results, delivered in a luxurious clinical setting. You are free to use your gift card at either our Hale or Disley clinics.

Your gift card is valid for 12 months from the gift card start date.
If you are having trouble deciding what you would like to use your card on, please get in touch and we can talk through your options. We are sure that you will find something that you will love.

Gift cards cannot be used to book a consultation.
Our consultations are £50, however this is fully redeemable against the cost of any skincare or treatments purchased with a gift card.

At checkout you have options to have it sent to your home address for £2 or emailed to you for free.

Physical and e-gift cards, can however be used at both our Hale and Disley clinics.

Yes. You can use your gift card to purchase both prescription skincare and prescription treatments.
Please be aware that if you are purchasing any prescription skincare through our online shop, you must be approved by Dr. Caroline Warden first, to ensure that you are medically suitable.
You will be assessed for any medical contraindications if you are making a purchase at either one of our clinics. Your safety is always our top priority.

Yes. You can use a single discount, such as our ‘refer a friend’ scheme, alongside your gift card as long as the full gift card amount can be used for the remainder of the treatment or product cost.
This is because we are unable to give change with gift cards.
We cannot use discounts on prescription items/ treatments however.

Yes. We know that sometimes it can be much nicer to receive a physical card in a beautiful envelope rather than simply an e-gift card.
You can purchase your gift card here online, and we can post it out to you by Royal Mail for £2. Standard Royal Mail delivery times apply.
Please be aware of cut off postal dates for seasonal events, such as Christmas, to avoid any disappointment.
Please note that physical gift cards should be treated as cash. Please keep them safe. Unfortunately we are unable to replace any lost, stolen or damaged cards.

Yes. We can email you an e-voucher for free.

Your physical or e-gift card must cover at least part of, or the full amount of your skincare or treatment cost.
Unfortunately it must not exceed the total amount payable. This is because we are unable to provide change with gift cards.

Unfortunately not. All gift cards sales are a final. You gift card is valid for up to a year and can be used on both skincare products and treatments.

Book in for a consultation with Dr. Caroline in one of our luxurious clinical settings, and we will talk you through our skincare and treatment services to help you make the right decision for you.
You are under no obligations to purchase anything skincare or undergo any treatments at the end of your consultation. We advise you to carefully consider your options before making any decisions.
Consultations are £75 and cannot be paid for by using your gift card. However, the cost of your consultation is fully redeemable against any treatment you have or any skincare you purchased.
If you are a new patient we always advise that your first appointment with us, be a consultation.
