Our Story
We are sisters, co-founders and the proud owners of a family-run aesthetic clinic in the heart of Hale, Cheshire.
Caroline is the older of us by fifteen months, which she will tell you counts. We grew up sharing a bedroom, then a wardrobe, then opinions about everything in it. Clothes, fashion, skincare and make-up have been a shared language between us for as long as either of us can remember, long before one of us went to medical school and the other into the luxury service industry. The clinic is, in a way, the conversation we have been having since we were teenagers, finally given a front door.
We are also two women in our early forties, balancing motherhood with professional careers, which means we understand many of the changes our patients are navigating at this stage of life. Hormonal shifts, perimenopause, the gradual changes we start to notice in our skin and our faces: we know how these transitions can quietly affect confidence and sense of identity, because we are living them too.
Before we opened, we were patients ourselves. Some of those experiences were disappointing: feeling rushed, feeling sold to, leaving with a treatment rather than an answer. Those experiences shaped the kind of clinic we wanted to create.
Somewhere you feel listened to, supported, and never pressured into treatment you do not need.
We first opened our doors renting a room in Pembroke House in Wilmslow. It was a small start, and it taught us more than anything since. We built the clinic around one principle from the very first appointment: safe, ethical and highly personalised care, delivered to the highest clinical standards, by a doctor who takes the time to understand your face and your life before touching either.
Every consultation was an hour. Every treatment plan was written for one person. Every patient had our direct number afterwards. Those habits came with us when we left.
As the clinic grew, we wanted a more permanent home that reflected the experience we wanted our patients to have. In March 2025 we moved to our private clinic at 2 Crown Passages in Hale, a quiet spot just off the village high street, chosen for its discreet setting and its sense of community. We chose every chair with a nervous first-time patient in mind.
Today the clinic is designed to feel calm, personal and welcoming. Appointments are unhurried. Treatments are carefully considered, and sometimes the recommendation is to do nothing at all. Every patient is looked after before, during and after their visit, and you will only ever see the two of us: Caroline for every consultation and treatment, Louise for everything that makes the visit feel easy.
Thoughtful, medically responsible aesthetic care from people who know you, and who are, in most of the ways that matter, exactly where you are.
