Every consultation and treatment at the clinic is personally carried out by me, Dr Caroline Warden. Louise, my sister and our Patient Coordinator, looks after much of the experience around your appointment. It is deliberately a very small clinic. We know our patients, and our patients know exactly who will be looking after them.

Aesthetic consultations should not begin with somebody telling you what is wrong with your face. They should begin with listening. I want to understand what has changed, what is bothering you and, just as importantly, what you do not want to change. Sometimes the treatment someone asks about is the right one. One of the advantages of a small, doctor-led clinic is that you know who is looking after you. You are not assessed by one practitioner and passed to somebody else for treatment. For patients who are nervous about aesthetics, that continuity, and a doctor who has spent twenty years putting anxious people at ease, makes a difference. Louise is also often in the room, and is very good at distraction, reassurance and a hand to hold.
