Yes — all new patients require a consultation before any injectable or advanced skin treatment. This allows Dr Caroline Warden to get to know you, assess your skin, discuss your aesthetic goals and then create a personalised treatment plan tailored just to you.
-
You’ll only ever have your appointments and treatments with Dr Caroline Warden who is a medical doctor for over 18 years.
Her sister Louise is also present to help with note keeping and support during the appointment.
-
You’ll need to put down a card to secure the booking only. No money will be taken until after the appointment.
-
If you want the main Hale, Clinic it’ll automatically default to this. If you prefer the Thursday Disley, Stockport clinic then click on this link and then scroll down to location.

Yes, you can easily do this on the glowday booking platform if it’s over 48 hours notice.
You will receive an email 72 hours before your appointment to remind you that any rescheduling must be completed 48 hours prior to your consultation or treatment.
After this time, you will no longer be able to reschedule through Glowday. Instead you will have the option to either cancel the appointment, which will then be treated as a 'late cancellation' incurring a charge of £25, attend the original appointment time or contact us directly to reschedule.
Please note that when contacting us directly to reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, it is at our discretion and we will only do so in exceptional circumstances.
Last minute rescheduling impacts both our clinic and other patients, much like cancellations. It often does not allow us sufficient time to re-allocate your appointment to someone else, resulting in lost revenue.
-
You can easily do this in your glowday account if more than 48 hours notice. After this time it counts as a late cancellation and a £25 fee is taken.
-
Consultations last up to 1 hour and cost £50 but this is fully redeemable against any future treatments.
-
In many cases, yes provided it is safe and medically appropriate.
Only doctors and dentists in the UK are allowed to stock treatments like botox on site.
However, for more complex or first-time injectable treatments, we may recommend a cooling-off period to allow you to make an informed decision.
-
No problem at all! Most of our new patients have never had a treatment before.
Simply book a consultation and Dr Caroline Warden will assess your skin and recommend the most suitable options based on your concerns and goals.
-
Yes, in Hale it is literally right outside and in Disley it’s a 2 minute walk from the carpark.
