We are Dr. Caroline Warden and Louise Devereux — two sisters running a family-run aesthetic clinic in Hale, Cheshire / South Manchester. We specialise in natural but noticeable-looking results and use evidence-based treatments with FDA/MHRA approved products.

What are Dr Caroline Warden’s qualifications?

Dr Caroline Warden has been an NHS doctor for over 18 years and a practising GP for the past 9 years. She holds a postgraduate Level 7 diploma in cosmetic injectables from the Harley Academy in London.

What treatments do you offer?

Services include anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters (e.g. Profhilo), superficial and medium-depth chemical peels, dermal fillers (cheeks, lips, chin, jawline), regenerative medicine (polynucleotide and exosome treatments), microneedling with exosomes, lip booster injections, and medical-grade Obagi skincare.

How much are the treatments?

Treatment prices are available on request or via the dedicated price list; there is also a separate skincare price list.

I’m keen to get some advice / a treatment — what’s the process?

You complete medical and skin questionnaires first, then have a thorough consultation where Dr Caroline assesses your skin and formulates a personalised treatment plan. If medically suitable and time permits, same-day treatments can be performed. The consultation costs £50 and is fully redeemable against any future treatments (excluding skincare products).

How do I book an appointment?

How do I cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule via your Glowday login. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a £25 fee; no-shows incur a £50 fee. Multiple short-notice reschedules may result in being unable to rebook.

Where are you located?

Our clinic is located at 2 Crown Passage, Hale, WA15 9GN, in the heart of Hale, South Manchester / Cheshire.

What should I do when I arrive?

Just come in the front door and take a seat in the reception area. We’ll send a contact number 24 hours before your appointment so you can reach us if there are any issues.

Will my treatment hurt?

We use ultra-fine needles and dermal fillers with local anaesthetic. We also offer distraction tools like vibration wands, fans, stress balls, cryo-balls, and strong numbing creams. Louise is often present to offer extra comfort and support.

You can pay by cash or card. There is a cash machine two minutes’ walk from the clinic at the Co-op on Altrincham Road. A pre-payment plan is not currently available, but is planned for the future.

What if there is a complication?

After every appointment you receive detailed aftercare instructions and Dr Warden’s personal mobile number. If there is a complication, advice and treatment post-procedure will be provided free of charge.

What if I don’t like the results?

Results cannot be guaranteed and refunds are not offered if you are unhappy. Treatments will eventually wear off naturally. If a dermal filler complication arises, dissolving is offered for free; dissolving for other reasons is available for a fee.

Every photograph on this page is of a patient of this clinic, treated by me, photographed in the clinic. Nothing is retouched, filtered or relit. Each is shared with the patient's written consent, and results vary between individuals.

You will notice this is a small, curated collection rather than a long gallery, and that is deliberate. Most of my patients are discreet about having treatment and would rather their face did not appear online, and I never ask anyone to share their photographs as a condition of being treated here. The results you see are from the handful of patients who were happy to be photographed as models, and I am grateful to each of them.

I would rather show you fewer photographs that are honest than a wall of flattering ones. If you want to see more examples of a particular treatment, ask at your consultation and I will show you my clinical records of patients with a similar starting point to yours, in private, which is where most of my before and afters live.

The best result is the one nobody can point to. Look for the person looking rested, not the treatment.

Mine first!

It seems only fair to start with my own face. The photograph on the left is me at 35. I had one baby, a full-time NHS job and, in my own words at the time, a face that had fallen. Dark circles that no amount of sleep shifted. Skin that looked dull and tired and broke out whenever I was run down. Patches of sun-driven pigmentation across my cheeks that makeup never quite covered. Hollowing at my temples and the sides of my face that made everything look narrower and more tired than I felt. And the first static lines, the ones that stay when your face is still, had started to set in across my forehead and between my brows. I remember looking at a photograph from a friend's wedding and not recognising the person in it.

The photograph on the right is me now, in my early forties, so older by several years and looking, I think, younger than I did in the first one. Nothing dramatic happened in between. What happened was exactly what I now recommend to my patients, in roughly this order:
