These treatments are designed to rejuvenate, restore balance, and enhance your natural features while improving the overall health and radiance of your skin.
Are your treatments suitable for sensitive skin or rosacea?
Yes. Many of our patients have sensitive skin, eczema or rosacea, and we adapt all treatments accordingly.
Dr Caroline will assess your skin during your consultation and design a gentle, medically appropriate plan tailored to your concerns.
What are exosomes and how do they work?
Exosomes are tiny, cell-to-cell messengers that help stimulate repair, regeneration, and collagen production within the skin. When applied during a treatment such as microneedling, they boost healing, reduce inflammation, improve texture, and promote a brighter, healthier complexion.
They’re ideal for patients looking for skin rejuvenation with minimal downtime, and they are especially helpful for dull, sensitive, menopausal or rosacea-prone skin.
What is the downtime after fillers, Botox or microneedling?
Downtime varies depending on the treatment:
*Anti-wrinkle injections (Botox): Minimal to none. You may return to most normal activities immediately, avoiding heavy exercise for 24 hours.
Dermal fillers: Mild swelling or small bruises are possible for 1–3 days. Most people continue daily activities as normal.
Microneedling: Skin may appear pink or sunburn-like for 24–48 hours. Makeup can usually be worn the next day.
Polynucleotides: Usually there is some redness and swelling for 1-3 days
Dr Caroline will give you tailored aftercare based on your treatment and skin type.
What is a doctor-led aesthetic clinic and why does it matter?
A doctor-led clinic means your assessment, treatment plan, and injections are performed by a fully qualified medical doctor with advanced anatomical training and clinical experience.
This ensures:
✓ safer injections
✓ medically appropriate treatment selection
✓ recognition and management of rare complications
✓ ethical, evidence-based care
In a world filled with unregulated injectors, choosing a doctor-led clinic in Hale/Cheshire gives you peace of mind.
How long do results last?
This depends on the treatment:
Anti-wrinkle injections: 3–4 months
Dermal fillers: 9–18 months+ depending on the area
Skin boosters (e.g. Profhilo): 6 months after the full course
Polynucleotides: 6+ months after the initial induction sessions
Microneedling: 6+ months after the initial induction sessions
Your longevity will depend on metabolism, lifestyle, skincare, and the product used.
Do you offer treatments for menopause-related skin changes?
Yes. Many patients in their 40s and 50s come to us experiencing dryness, dullness, pigmentation, laxity, and loss of volume due to changing hormones.
Our most effective menopause-friendly treatments include:
*Polynucleotides (for regeneration & hydration)
*Exosomes (reduce inflammation & support collagen)
*Skin boosters (Profhilo, Lumi Eyes)
*Medical-grade skincare (Obagi, retinol systems, pigmentation protocols)
*Microneedling to stimulate collagen
*Dermal fillers for gentle volume restoration
We tailor all treatments to sensitive, peri-menopausal and menopausal skin types.
