Dr. Caroline has been an NHS doctor for over 18 years, and has been a practicing GP for the past 10 years. Her postgraduate Level 7 diploma training in cosmetic injectables is with the prestigious Harley Academy in London.
Her comprehensive knowledge on facial anatomy and her medical expertise not only allows her to be able to address your concerns, but to ensure that your safety and wellbeing are always our number one priority.

Louise Devereux
Co-founder, Creative Director, Patient Coordinator, Social Media Manager
As the Creative Director and Patient Co-ordinator, Louise Devereux, has a particular interest in skincare and skin health. She has worked in the luxury service industry for many years.
“After I had my two children in my mid-thirties I started to notice changes in my appearance, which exacerbated a sense of loss of identity. I also developed rosacea and had some really bad flare-ups. This is when I started researching the skincare side of aesthetics. I made changes to my lifestyle and invested in treatments that have helped me to regain my confidence and improved my overall skin health. Now I want to help others to restore their confidence too.”
Our Story
We are Dr Caroline Warden and Louise Devereux.
Sisters, co-founders, and proud owners of a family-run aesthetic clinic based in the heart of Hale, Cheshire/South Manchester, with a particular passion for regenerative, less invasive treatments that enhance natural beauty.
As two women in our early forties, balancing motherhood with professional careers, we’ve both experienced the very personal challenges that can arise from the demands of caring for others, navigating peri-menopause, and managing the subtle but significant changes in appearance that come with time. Like so many women, we understand the sense of identity loss that can occur during these life stages, especially in a world that increasingly places pressure on how we look.
Our own experiences became the driving force behind building a clinic where women could feel supported, listened to, and empowered in their aesthetic journey.
We first opened our doors at Pembroke House on Alma Lane in Wilmslow, where we began carefully growing our clinic, guided by a simple philosophy: safe, ethical, patient-centred care delivered to the highest clinical standards. As our business and loyal client base grew, we knew we wanted to create a more permanent home that truly reflected the premium, personalised service we offer.
In March, we proudly relocated to our exclusive Hale clinic at 2 Crown Passages, having fallen in love with this vibrant, leafy village. Our new clinic offers a discreet, welcoming space where clinical excellence meets luxury, and where every patient is treated with the time, care and attention they deserve. It is important to us that you feel taken care of before, during and after your treatment.
More recently in June this year (due to popular demand) we also opened a Thursday evening clinic in Disley.

Consultation first
Regardless of whether you are booking in for a particular treatment such as Anti-wrinkle injections, if it is your first time visiting us, you will be offered a comprehensive consultation that covers skincare. All new patients receive a personalised skincare plan and advice on other available treatments to address specific concerns that you may have. It is important that you are fully informed about all your options before making any final decisions.
There Are No Obligations
We encourage you to think about your options before booking in for any treatments after your initial consultation. If however, you would like to proceed with a treatment on the day and there are no medical contraindications, we can consider this. As a doctor, Dr. Caroline is able to hold stock of certain prescription treatments. This means if you are happy to go ahead, you won’t have to come back on a separate day.

Safety
Only Doctors and Dentists in England are legally allowed to hold stock of prescription medications. These include the emergency medications of adrenaline in anaphylaxis and the dissolving agent hyaluronidase in the event of a filler related emergency for example an occlusion. Once you are my patient you will also receive my private contact number if you ever need any urgent advice or treatment out of hours.

Medical Grade Skincare products and aesthetic treatments are not cheap, especially when as we only use the highest quality and most evidence based products. Despite this we still offer the most competitive prices for a doctor-led clinic in our local area whilst maintaining these exceptionally high standards.
Discreet
As we are ‘by appointment only’ you are unlikely to run into anyone else and as parking is usually available right outside you can come in and out quickly and quietly if you wish.
