Dr. Caroline Warden

Dr Caroline Warden is an experienced NHS GP and aesthetic doctor with more than 19 years of medical experience.
A graduate of Manchester Medical School, Caroline trained across a broad range of medical specialties including emergency medicine, intensive care, surgery, psychiatry, obstetrics and gynaecology. Her early medical training included Salford Royal Hospital, followed by two years working in emergency medicine in Melbourne, Australia, before completing her GP training in London.
Caroline began practising aesthetic medicine in 2017. She has since completed the postgraduate Level 7 Diploma in Cosmetic Injectables with Harley Academy, one of the UK's leading postgraduate training providers in aesthetic medicine.
Dr Warden is registered with the General Medical Council (GMC number 6157708), and in 2026 the clinic was awarded Best Doctor Led Aesthetic Clinic in Cheshire by GHP.
Her medical background and detailed understanding of facial anatomy shape everything she does in clinic. Rather than focusing on isolated treatments, Caroline takes a holistic, skin-first approach, considering facial structure, skin health, ageing, lifestyle and the individual features that make each patient unique.
Her aim is always to achieve results that are natural, noticeable and proportionate, helping patients look fresher and more confident without changing the way they fundamentally look.

Louise is Caroline’s sister and co-founder of Dr Caroline Warden Skin & Aesthetic Clinic.
Before establishing the clinic together, Louise built her career in marketing, brand development and luxury retail, including working with Agent Provocateur. That experience has strongly influenced the way she approaches the patient journey today: attention to detail, beautiful but understated surroundings, discreet service and making people feel genuinely looked after.
Louise is responsible for much of the experience surrounding Caroline’s clinical care, from your first enquiry and appointment planning through to communication before and after treatment. She also oversees the clinic’s creative direction, branding and patient experience.

Our Story
We are sisters, co-founders and proud owners of a family-run aesthetic clinic in the heart of Hale, Cheshire.
As two women in our early forties, balancing motherhood with professional careers, we understand many of the changes our patients are navigating at this stage of life. From hormonal shifts and perimenopause to the gradual changes we begin to notice in our skin and appearance, we know how these transitions can sometimes affect confidence and sense of identity.
Those experiences helped shape the kind of clinic we wanted to create: somewhere patients could feel listened to, supported and never rushed or pressured into treatment.
We first opened our doors at Pembroke House in Wilmslow, where we began building the clinic around a simple principle: safe, ethical and highly personalised care, delivered to the highest clinical standards.
As the clinic grew, we wanted to create a more permanent home that reflected the experience we wanted our patients to have.
In March 2025, we moved to our private clinic at 2 Crown Passages in Hale, a location we chose for its discreet setting and village feel.
Today, the clinic is designed to feel calm, personal and welcoming. Appointments are unhurried, treatments are carefully considered, and every patient is looked after before, during and after their visit.
Above all, we want the clinic to feel like somewhere you can come for thoughtful, medically responsible aesthetic care from people who genuinely know you.

Consultation first
Whatever brings you to the clinic, your first appointment begins with a comprehensive consultation. We look beyond a single treatment and consider your skin, facial anatomy, concerns, goals and existing skincare as a whole.
Every new patient receives personalised skincare advice, together with an honest discussion about the treatments that may or may not appropriate. There is never any pressure to proceed. We want you to understand your options properly before deciding what feels right for you.
Personalised, consistent care
You will always be seen and treated by Dr Caroline Warden. From your first consultation through to treatment, review and ongoing care, you have the reassurance of seeing the same doctor every time.
Once you become a patient of the clinic, you will also be given Dr Caroline’s private contact number so that, should you ever have an urgent concern following treatment, you can contact her directly.
Treatment on the same day, if you choose
We are very happy for you to go away after your consultation, consider your options and return another day.
However, if you feel ready to proceed and treatment is medically appropriate, we can usually treat you at the same appointment. As a doctor-led clinic, Dr Caroline can prescribe and hold appropriate prescription medicines within the clinic, meaning there is no need for a separate prescriber appointment before treatment.
Safety comes first
Aesthetic medicine is still medicine, and patient safety underpins every treatment we offer.
Our clinic is appropriately equipped with the prescription medicines and emergency equipment required to manage complications should they occur, including adrenaline for anaphylaxis and hyaluronidase, which can be used to dissolve hyaluronic acid filler in the rare event of a vascular complication.
Being treated by the same doctor who has consulted, prescribed and planned your treatment also means there is clear medical responsibility throughout your care.
Quiet and discreet
Our Hale clinic operates by appointment only, creating a calm and private environment without a busy waiting room.
Appointments are deliberately spaced, so you are less likely to encounter other patients. With discreet parking immediately outside the clinic, you can arrive and leave easily and privately..
