Dr. Caroline Warden
Medical director, NHS GP, Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Doctor
Dr. Caroline Warden is an experienced NHS doctor with over 18 years of medical expertise and has been a practising GP for over 10 years. She trained at Manchester Medical School and has since gained extensive experience across a wide range of medical specialities, including intensive care, surgical posts, psychiatry, obstetrics and gynaecology, and emergency medicine.
Her foundation training took place at the prestigious Salford Royal Hospital, followed by two years working in emergency medicine in Melbourne, Australia and then completing her GP training in London.
Passionate about aesthetic medicine and how it can influence confidence in patient’s, Dr. Warden started her aesthetic training alongside NHS work in 2017 and has now completed a postgraduate Level 7 Diploma in Cosmetic Injectables with the highly regarded Harley Academy which is the leading training institution in the UK for aesthetics.
Her in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy combined with her extensive medical background ensures that every treatment is carried out with the highest level of precision, safety, and care. Dr. Warden believes medical aesthetics is where science meets artistry and takes a very holistic approach focusing on enhancing your natural beauty while prioritising your overall health, wellbeing, and confidence.

As the Creative Director and Patient Co-ordinator at Dr Caroline Warden Skin & Aesthetic Clinic her sister Louise Devereux brings a unique blend of marketing expertise, luxury service experience, and a passion for skin health to the heart of the clinic.
With a background in marketing and years spent working in the luxury service industry, Louise has a natural eye for detail, design, and exceptional patient care. Her time working with Agent Provocateur a global luxury lingerie brand, gave her invaluable experience in delivering a premium client journey, an approach she now applies to every aspect of the clinic’s patient experience.
Louise has always had a particular interest in skincare and overall skin health after struggling with her skin, making her role pivotal in helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported from their very first enquiry to their post-treatment care. Her warm, approachable nature combined with her dedication to creating a seamless, luxury experience ensures that every patient feels truly valued.

Our Story
We are Dr Caroline Warden and Louise Devereux.
Sisters, co-founders, and proud owners of a family-run aesthetic clinic based in the heart of Hale, Cheshire/South Manchester. We adopt a ‘skin first’ appraoch and a particular passion for regenerative, less invasive treatments that enhance natural beauty.
As two women in our early forties, balancing motherhood with professional careers, we deeply understand the personal challenges that come with this stage of life. From caring for others while navigating hormonal shifts and peri-menopause, to managing the subtle yet significant changes in our appearance, we’ve faced many of the same concerns our patients share.
Like so many women, we know how these transitions can sometimes affect your sense of identity, especially in a world where there’s growing pressure around how we look and present ourselves.
Our own experiences became the driving force behind building a clinic where women could feel supported, listened to, and empowered in their aesthetic journey.
We first opened our doors at Pembroke House on Alma Lane in Wilmslow, where we began carefully growing our clinic, guided by a simple philosophy: safe, ethical, patient-centred care delivered to the highest clinical standards. As our business and loyal client base grew, we knew we wanted to create a more permanent home that truly reflected the premium, personalised service we offer.
In March 2025, we proudly relocated to our exclusive Hale clinic at 2 Crown Passages, having fallen in love with this vibrant, leafy village. Our new clinic offers a discreet, welcoming space where clinical excellence meets luxury, and where every patient is treated with the time, care and attention they deserve. It is important to us that you feel taken care of before, during and after your treatment.
More recently in June this year (due to popular demand) we also opened a Thursday evening clinic in Disley.

Regardless of whether you are booking in for a particular treatment such as Anti-wrinkle injections, if it is your first time visiting us, you will be offered a comprehensive consultation that covers skincare. All new patients receive a personalised skincare plan and advice on other available treatments to address specific concerns that you may have.
It is important to us that you are fully informed about all your options before making any decisions.
💫 We can Treat the Same Day
We encourage you to think about your options before booking in for any treatments after your initial consultation. If however, you would like to proceed with a treatment on the day and there are no medical contraindications, we can usually do this.
As a doctor, Dr. Caroline is able to hold stock of certain prescription treatments. This means if you are happy to go ahead, you won’t have to come back on a separate day to see a prescriber like in other clinics.

💫 Safety
Only Doctors and Dentists in England are legally allowed to hold stock of prescription medications. These include the emergency medications of adrenaline in anaphylaxis and the dissolving agent hyaluronidase in the event of a filler related emergency for example an occlusion.
💫 Discretion
As we are ‘by appointment only’ you are unlikely to run into anyone else and as parking is available right outside so you can come in and out quickly and quietly if you wish.
