December in Hale, Altrincham and South Manchester usually means one thing: fizz is flowing. Work dos, Christmas markets, family catch-ups, New Year’s Eve… it all adds up. And just so we’re clear from the start:

I’m not here to tell you not to drink. I genuinely love a couple of fizzy wines too.
